Unused Hard Goods- Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product quality, material, or imprint, you may return the unused product for a full credit or product replacement in the original packaging within 30 days of initial receipt.
Used Hard Goods- If a product does not meet your expectations for quality and performance within the scope of normal use, you may return the product for a full credit or product replacement in the original packaging within 1 year of initial receipt. Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect voids any warranties, expressed or implied.
Apparel- For textile (wearing apparel), please ensure the correct size, colors and other applicable attributes are ordered correctly. If an incorrect order is placed, exchanges will be issued within 30 days of initial receipt but applicable freight charges will apply. If you are not happy with the product quality, material, or imprint, you may return the unused product for a full credit or product replacement in the original packaging within 1 year of initial receipt. All returns must include a prior return Authorization Number. The Authorization Number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid Authorization Number will be refused. All authorized returns will be fully credited to the customer’s credit card. Match-Up Promotions, LLC will make the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the manner in which the product was used. Improper use voids warranty.
Please note that merchandise must be currently in the online catalog or a special order item to be returned/exchanged. Obsolete items with defects will be issued a credit.
